The village of hidden leaf is surrounded by farming country and forest and is located in the country of fire. The village of Konoha has made the country of fire one of the strategically strongest due to its large shinobi village.

| Kaze no Kuni (Land of Wind) - Hidden Village of Sand (1 sub-board)
Hidden village of the sand is a shinobi village located in the wind country, a rocky desert area sunk into a valley and surrounded by cliffs.

| Oto no Kuni (Land of Sound) - Hidden Village of Sound (1 sub-board)
The hidden village of sound is the newest Shinobi village so far. Unknown to the other Shinobi leaders, It was Orochimaru who created the Sound village as a way for him to build up an army in order to attack his former village Konoha. Unlike many of the other villages, which claim to be secret but have grown far to large to be called that, the location of hidden sound is largely unknown to the people that surrounded.

| Mizu no Kuni (Land of Water) - Hidden Village of Mist (1 sub-board)
Although much of the village of Mist is unknown there are a few facts. One of the five strongest shinobi villages it is commonly referred to as the village of the “bloody” mist for its extreme brutality. There is little to tell about the landscape except that it is a hilly area with abundant meadowland.

| Kusa no Kuni (Land of Grass) - Hidden Village of Grass (1 sub-board)
Nothing is known about the Kusa no Kuni currently, except that it exists and that there is a Kusagakure no Sato there. It is probably very rich with flora.

| Tsuchi no Kuni (Land of Earth) - Hidden Village of Rock
Nothing is known about Tsuchi no Kuni currently, except that it exists. It is most probably oriented towards the element of earth, full of caves and mountains and barren land. They are not allies with the Hi no Kuni, as shown in the Kakashi Gaiden arc.

| Kaminari no Kuni (Land of Thunder) - Hidden Village of Cloud (1 sub-board)
Very little is currently known about Kaminari no Kuni. An emissary from Kumogakure once came to the Konohagakure under the premise of a diplomatic mission.

| Ame no Kuni (Land of Rain) - Hidden Village of Rain (1 sub-board)
Nothing is known about Ame no Kuni currently, except that it exists. It is probably geared towards the element of water much like the Mizu no Kuni, but whether it deviates from the inclination and in what way is unclear.
